We have 2 different women’s fitness programs to choose from – Fitness Classes and Personal Training

Classes are available with a 12 class package, Monthly FLEX Membership or Monthly PLUS Membership.
Training Camp is a full-body workout! It focuses mainly on strength training and core conditioning, using some equipment such as free weights, Bosu balls, resistance bands and gliders.
TRX 'n More gives you a full body burn with constant core conditioning. The TRX suspension system uses your own body weight and can be modified easily for ALL levels.
CoreDio is a full body core and cardio conditioning class . It's designed to improve your core strength and stamina through exercises such as planks and burpees.
This 1 hour class is divided in to (3) - 20 minutes sections, giving you a FULL BODY workout. You'll start with 20 minutes of various types of cardio, then 20 minutes of strength and ending with 20 minutes of core/stretching. Every class is different, fun and interesting with it's endless combinations!
This FULL BODY HIIT type of workout consists of 8 rounds of 20 seconds of strenuous exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. This method gives you the most benefit in a short period of time. It's a different workout every time since you can do Tabata in endless combinations.
Say goodbye to tight stiff muscles and get ready to improve your mobility, stability and flexibility! Our Strength 'n Stretch class will help you develop body control and increase your range of motion. We'll use a variety of equipment including free weights, Bosu balls and foam rollers.
Women’s fitness classes offer you variety in your workouts with choices such as CoreDio, Training Camp and TRX ‘N More. Each class is created by one of our Certified Personal Trainers and structured to give you a full body workout. Our fitness classes are offered at various times of the day, which gives you the flexibilty to work out at times that are convenient.
Please note: all of our fitness classes are for women only.
One of our Certified Personal Trainers will guide a small group of up to only 8 clients, properly distanced and following protocols.
Our fitness classes are 45 minutes in length (unless otherwise noted).
