Fitness Classes are ideal opportunity to add some variety. Whether it’s relaxing Hatha Yoga or circuit style Training Camp, each fitness class is structured to give you an optimal workout. Fitness Classes also offer our clients the flexibilty to work out at times that are convenient for them.
Please note: while most of our Fitness Classes are for women only, we do have some classes that are co-ed (they are indicated as co-ed on our schedule page)
One of our certified trainers will work with a group of up to only 12 clients.
Our Fitness Classes are 45 minutes in length.
Here are the Fitness Classes we are currently offering-
Training Camp is a full-body circuit style workout. It incorporates some cardio but focuses mainly on strength training and core conditioning
Spin 'n Stretch
Spin 'n Stretch is an ideal combo class! It focuses on core strength conditioning and endurance on the spin bikes followed by a deep stretch
Hatha Yoga is a gentle relaxing form that focuses on movement and flexibility. It also uses breath to link the body and the mind.
TRX 'n More
TRX 'n More gives you a full body burn with constant core conditioning. Use your body weight on the TRX suspension system
CoreDio is a full body core and cardio conditioning class . It's designed to improve your core strength and stamina
Pilates Fusion will strengthen your core and increase flexibility with exercises performed on a mat.
Spin 'N More
Spin 'N More combines cardio conditioning on the spin bikes with various other core strengthening exercises.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combines intervals of cardio with intervals of recovery.
Personal Training is the ultimate personalized approach to fitness!
The Personal Training program is custom tailored to each individual client’s needs and goals. Our certified personal trainers are here to motivate and provide accountability to each client.
Personal trainers work one on one with each client.
Each Personal Training session is 1 hour in length.
