The FRESH START 2 PLUS program is just a little more personalized! This 10 week (2 times per week) includes 1 Small Group session and 1 Fitness Class per week. Ideal for anyone, of any fitness level, who wants more attention.

This FRESH START 3 program is the same as the FRESH START 2 program above except it’s 3 times per week.

  • 10 week commitment for this program

This FRESH START 3 PLUS program is the same as the FRESH START 2 PLUS program above except it’s 3 times per week.
