Some frequently asked questions…
I’m feeling nervous since this is my first time at the fitness studio! What do I need to bring?
It’s understandable that you might be feeling nervous. You’re trying something new or something you haven’t done in a while. The most important thing is we want you to feel comfortable! Wear clothes that allow you to move freely. Bring a water bottle, which you can refill at the studio. Towels are also provided. Try to come a few minutes before your session so you have time to settle in, warm up and get ready to start. We know that once you get here, you’ll feel a lot more relaxed!
I haven’t worked out much and I’m concerned that I won’t be able to do some of the exercises
Rest assured that you’re in good hands! All of our certified trainers are skilled in creating exercise programs for all abilities and levels of fitness. Any exercise is able to be modified so that you can comfortably and safely enjoy your session! You can even come a few minutes before your session to discuss with your trainer any concerns you may have.
