Small Group Training

The Small Group approach to fitness allows for personalized attention in a more cost effective small group dynamic.


One of our certified trainers will work with a small group of up to only 4 clients. This small number of clients allows our trainers the ability to closely monitor each person’s needs and progress. Every month our trainers will create a fresh new program to help keep you motivated and on track with your goals.


All of our Small Group Training sessions are 1 hour in length.


Small Group Training will include a combination of the following-

TRX Suspension
Cardio Intervals
Circuit Training
Warm Up and Cool Down
Free Weights

Fitness Classes

Fitness Classes are ideal opportunity to add some variety. Whether it’s relaxing Hatha Yoga or circuit style Training Camp, each fitness class is structured to give you an optimal workout. Fitness Classes also offer our clients the flexibilty to work out at times that are convenient for them.


One of our certified trainers will work with a group of up to only 12 clients.


Our Fitness Classes are 45 minutes in length.


Here are the Fitness Classes we are currently offering-

Training Camp

Each Training Camp class includes a full-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength training and core conditioning

Spin 'n Core

The Spin 'n Core class focuses on core strength conditioning and endurance through speed drills on spin bikes

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga focuses on movement, flexibility and strength. It also uses breath to link the body and the mind.

TRX 'n More

In TRX 'n More, body weight and dumbells will give you a full body burn and constant core training

Cardio Circuit

Cardio Circuit is designed to tone muscles and build stamina through interval training and SPIN bikes.


CoreDio is a core and cardio conditioning class designed to improve core strength and stamina

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a gentle and slower paced style of yoga that consists of poses, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time

Personal Training

Personal Training is the ultimate personalized approach to fitness!


The Personal Training program is custom tailored to each individual client’s needs and goals. Our certified personal trainers are here to motivate and provide accountability to each client.


Personal trainers work one on one with each client.


Each Personal Training session is 1 hour in length.
