Navigating Menopause – a wellness workshop for women
Menopause! Where to turn to find out if what you’re experiencing is normal, such as hot flashes, brain fog, weight gain, sleepless nights and sexual changes, to name a few? Each woman is so unique, what one experiences can be completely different than the other.
Wouldn’t it be great if we intuitively knew exactly what our transition through menopause is going to be like?
As The Menopause Navigator, Connie Pretula, who is 11 years post-menopause, provides a comfortable space to ask questions and nothing is off limits. She will provide insight and guidance on how to improve symptoms of menopause.
We no longer need to grin and bear it, there are options beyond the typical advice women have been given for decades. Yes, menopause can be amazing!
